A friend of mine started telling me "you aren't 20 anymore" several years ago to remind me I are now an old fart. This afternoon I tripped over my own two feet out in the yard. I avoided faceplanting by landing on my knees and elbows. No injuries, but good gawd Billy Bob I'm sore!

Well from one old fart to another - dont do it again!
 this is something drs ask us about. You dont want that mark on your permanent record. Altho i think its the last 3 months they ask about.

I'm glad you're alright!
That sort of thing started happening to me when my depression was in its beginning stages. I experienced terrible sudden balance and gait problems. It was upsetting. |

Yes we fall down and go boom. A friend of mine fell over while trying to catch a ball that was thrown. She broke a hip. Ouchies. You did a four point fall landing. Kudos to you.
