I would highly recommend anything written by Jon Kabat-Zinn. He is all about "mindfulness", living fully in the present moment and awareness.

Arriving at your Own Front Door (Title) is a little book that I've read a dozen times and each time, I get something new from it.

All of his books are great! Has anyone else discovered him?

I love his book full catastrophe living. And he's a co-author on A Mindfull way through Depression which I'm reading now. I aslo have his intro to mindfullnes medition CD's.

I'm really trying to embrace mindfullness in my life. I was introduced to it both in my treatment centre and when I was in hospital this summer.
