(((((((((Wendy Fuzzy Susan)))))))))))

Thank you so much.

Timmy spent some time with Gary (it was his wife who passed away) and I think that helped both of them. It was the saddest thing though seeing my 8 yr old son comforting him but yet I was so proud of Timmy at the same time. He really is such a strong little boy.

I am so blessed.

Just received word :(

>> Timmy spent some time with Gary...comforting him.

IMO that is a very healthy thing to do. I think we especially know that helping others with our support does us a lot of good as well, helping us cope with our own issues, and showing us the impact we can have on others.

It seems like Timmy is learning good habits at a young age. I hope he is finding a good balance between showing his strength and letting himself grieve.

Thank you (((((((((Dave))))))))))

Timmy has always shown maturity beyond his years since he was a baby. I can remember him having his hair cut ....he was about 3 and 1/2 and the hairdresser was totally thrown at his age. She was amazed at the conversation they were having and how mature he was....asking about her life, etc.

My Mom adored him and I am so glad he was able to have such a good relationship with her before she died too. His gran (his Dad's Mom) is very important in his life too. He visits with her almost daily. I made sure even when his Dad and I divorced that her and I stay in our good relationship that we always had because of Timmy.

He has always had such an empathetic nature about him too and I think that this helps him by helping others.

I truly am a lucky Mom....both of my sons make my life so complete.

Well it does work both ways. Your sons are lucky to have a mom who considers what is best for them, and understands how important the family ties are after a breakup and does what she can to keep those relationships open to them.
