I feel very sad. I’m dealing with grief that’s not death. Something I can’t talk about. I wish i could die.

I'm sorry you're struggling with this. Yes, non-death-related grief is certainly a part of what I struggle with. I'm sorry you feel you can't talk about it. But I understand. There are things I can't ever talk about in-person or anonymously over the internet. In my case, what I do is to simply sit with my own grief as well as other difficult emotions. There's an article, in PsychCentral's archives, on the subject of sitting with painful emotions. Here's a link:

How to Sit with Painful Emotions

I am sorry you are so sad. Your sadness even though it is not about death is just as valid a loss as if you lost someone. If you are having thoughts of ending your life and you sense they are more serious there are crisis centers Another option is to seek out a therapist that specializes in Loss and Grief and or a support group.

It sounds like this is something you are working out inside but if you want to share feel free to. It is important to eat well and exercise. That helps the healing process I found.

There are many kinds of losses in this world. I'm sorry you're struggling with one of them. I hope things will get better soon.

Thank you all. Unfortunately, things won’t get better over time - only worse. I am holding a lot on my shoulders and feeling like t is the only place I can really talk about it.

I agree sometimes talking about it only puts the focus on the pain. For me focusing on exercise or other people's problem gives some relief. I want to see it to a natural end. I want to experience and learn whatever life can teach me. I have had to expand my world to see others suffer as much or more than I do. I am not alone.
