there's no one left to celebrate or mourn anything with
my brother has always been the only person in my life i could trust
dont know my family
certainly cant trust my parents...
its just a really.. lonely.. feeling.. i guess.. hard to describe
its such a cliché but it truly feels as if my heart has been ripped out the day he died

from what we saw, he was like a base for you and gave your life some meaning and purpose. so we would think it would be like losing part of yourself. we are sorry his loss is still so sharp. we are thinking of you and sending some gentle warmth ~~~~~~

Not looking at him is about keeping aspects of self hidden/secret. We know that is not the healthy choice. Keep working on this - you will get there.

Accept there are parts. Be kind and gentle with them. Working with parts and feelings is the key to happiness. We have been happy before when listened to them and accepted them and were open to feelings. Write in your journal - it is safe to do so.
