Ok. I am sooooooooooo frustrated. I've been exercising so much this week. I try to do at least 30-40 minutes each day aerobic exercise burning around 300 calories. AND IVE GAINED WEIGHT. I"m so sick of this. No its not muscle. I feel squishier than ever. I can't fit into my jeans. I am sooooo mad because I'm trying my best to lose weight the healthy way. What am i doing wrong. Are you eating healthy foods as well?

exercising does cause the body to begin to move things around.. like fat... and it does tone up your muscles which do weigh more... maybe it's not one thing but a few... go through the few weeks and see how you like yourself then! ((hugs))

ev, when I start exercising a lot, it increases my appetite, so I've often had the experience of exercising and gaining weight.

One thing I'd like to caution you about is, over-exercising can also be part of an eating disorder. Also, if you have just recently stopped purging, your body and your metabolism are probably still recovering. Try to focus more on doing the right things rather than what you weigh for a little while (I know, that's really hard, but try), and see if things stabilize.

Good luck,
Jo
