Anyone have any sleeping problems?
After this post I'm going to bed its now 3:18 AM and my eye balls feel like there going to drop out of my skull! I don't think its the coke in caffine so much. I think I have an addiction to the computer mostly the internet. It's funny that I think too much everyday that now I don't have any dreams anymore. Sleeping problems Well going to bed even though its so hot here! Night psychcentral members.... Sleeping problems

It's only 10:43 p here... but I need to try and get to sleep earlier than I have been. Found the article about insomnia and depression (blog) very interesting. My MD doesn't seem to take it very seriously...but then, I can't take just any medicine. I have ambien... but it often doesn't do a thing... not in the 10 minutes it's effective.. but if I don't take it, I won't sleep at all, not even at 3 am.

Miss A, I know when I was on Prozac, I had a hard time falling asleep. When I finally could sleep, I had horrible nightmares. I ended up stopping the med because the side effects were so bad. It doesn't sound like that's your problem, though. I know how easy it is to stay on the internet way past bedtime. Sleeping problems I've been staying up too late, and then I get up too late, and then my work day stretches until late in the day, which means I stay up too late, etc., etc. Bad habit to get into. Try not to get caught up in it if you can.
