my worst pain has always been the left breast and the headaches.......the right breast has started to ache. i can't deal with that. i've always felt safe about the right side. and it's not minor pain......it is narcotic pain.......my doc came in to see me the other day and had me come by the office and pick up a slow release pain med. it didn't do diddly squat for me. i really don't like lortab but it is my next step up from darvocet....

i'm really hoping that moving will relieve some of the anxiety, not sleeping, not eating and depression. i'm not eating enough...and that sure isn't helping anything.......all i've eaten today is a baked potato...how healthy is that???

i know that there aren't "geographical" cures......but i think getting OUT of this town will help...i know that my health probably wont' get better but...being around more positive and creative people will surely help!!! new really bad pain new really bad pain new really bad pain my landlord has added a darkroom to the house............i haven't had a darkroom since '98.....(i hate having other people print my work.)

  new really bad pain

I'm sorry, Ethel. I wish there was something I could do. But I'm sure that the warmer weather will be helpful, as well as a more cheerful environment, and friends, and finding your "people"

Way cool about the darkroom!

(((((((((( Ethel )))))))))))))

I'm so sorry you are in such pain. I think the move will do you a lot of good and I'm very glad about your darkroom.

In the meantime you must try to take better care of yourself. Try to eat something, anything, even if it's a bit of ice cream or pudding. Can you afford those liquid supplements? I can't think of the name, but they help.

You may be stuck with teh Lortab for a little while until you move. Perhaps just one a day so you can sleep?

Hugs,

Jan

lightbulb moment! that's why it is so cool to have support. i love tapioca!! i have a box of it and i'll go get whole milk and make a big bowl of it. that is a fabulous suggestion. i cannot live on one baked potato in 24 hours. but the pain just overrides my other needs.

i am so psyched about the move. my manager at work offered to help pay for it.......even little things like that ease pain.

thanks, guys!!!!
