Ran 3.5 miles, but I had to push myself to do it-didn't feel good yesterday so I didn't excersize (well, my trainer sent me home) I'm glad I pushed though. It always feels good once I am done

I lifted weights today. Had my annual physical today. I need to lose 20 pounds. Can anyone recommend a home exercise bike? I have been shopping online but cannot make a decision.
Thanks for this!

I walked 2 miles today. And, I went to the gym! I cycled for 35 minutes (6 miles) and did upper body weights. Problem is, since I'm in my mid 50's, muscles don't last unless I exercise 2-3 times per week. I need to improve my diet. I have been cheating.
Thanks for this!

I bum shuffled from the kitchen, through the dining room to the stairs, pulled myself up the first three and launched myself back into my wheelchair after I over stretched getting something out of the fridge, does that count???

25 min run, 100 squats, 100 lunges, 150 kicks, 150 sit-ups (various kinds), shadow boxing, 60 leg lifts with raise. Working towards being in MMA fighting condition again. I think I'm gonna go collapse now.

I walked 2 miles today. It was cold and extremely windy. Once or twice I felt weary in my legs but kept going.
Thanks for this!

Did legs/abd weight training today-dispite much fear around it. I hate times like this when I get freaked out about wether I can do the weights/excersizes or not. I realize the true athlete is the one that gets to the gym dispite the negative voices and does the weight dispite the voices-evan if it is not their best-they were there and they did it. That is the true athlete.......So to all you athletes on this website-good for you!!!!!! You can do this....one step at a time!!! You warrior you!!!!!
Thanks for this!

If physical therapy exercises count, then yes, I've exercised today.

I went to the gym and walked for 25 minutes, played around with the incline and speed. Something in my leg (IT band?) tightened way up and I had to stop to stretch it out. But at least I went!

Today I overdid it! I walked 3 miles; went to the gym and rode an exercise bike for 15 minutes and then lifted upper body weights. I have signed up for a night class downtown that meets 4 nights a week. It's a mile walk each way. I will have to adjust my exercise regimen accordingly.
