My shoulder, arm, back, neck has been so much better since I had steroid and Lidocaine injection. The doc knew what she was doing no doubt. But, I am now out of pain meds and am at the mercy of the local doc, neither of the ones I see are in, to give me more meds. I have pain, probably a 3-4, not bad, but I am scared because once the pain gets ahead of me I am doomed. So I am very antzy about GIVE ME DRUGS NOW! I am so afraid of that pain teturning. I took a muscle relaxant. oh please give me all kinds of strong thoughts.

I am here for YOU - for I know all to well of the power of PAIN and the FEAR that comes with just the mere thought of it..... right now, with your muscle relaxer, can you take about 4 advils and lay down for a little while..... or soak in a hot tub of water?

LoVe,
