7:30 this morning I am having my shoulder worked on and doing exercises. Honestly it wasn't a hedge hairy deal but it exhausted me!! I can't say I have pain as much as discomfort and he was so easy on me. I am aware of my fear of a flare up but I am also aware that I do not move this arm in certain ways now. I am so tired I slept for 4 hours today and then felt like sleeping the rest. I unplugged the phone and was so far sleeping. next week is tues and fri.

I'm glad you are doing the therapy work! A frozen shoulder is one of the most painful things to work through. I'm glad you didn't let it go that far Started physical therapy for real today TC

Good to hear that PT went well. I start PT on monday for my legs and ankles. How long did PT last? They told me I would be there at least 2 and half hours. I don't have to be there until 2:30pm. So I can crash when I get home. Let me know if you think it helps any.

My P.t. has been necessary. It doesn't take long. However, I am in more pain today then I have been since the injections. I called the nurse who does all triage and she said it could be the injection wearing off and that I had to keep going with agressive P.T. and that they would do their best to do pain management but that P.T. was really the only course. The P.t. tells me not to do anything that crosses the line from uncomfortable to pain. I can only have injections three times a year. Surgery is an option. However, it is part of a whole condition and I am really working on P.T. and healthy living.

Okay, I can tell you that according to the P.T. some of the pain that I am having should not be from my shoulder. Well, okay but my muscles are spasming and I have a very painful stiff neck. This is getting old. Pain, no pain, less pain, pain. Drugs, more drugs, less drugs drugs! I am getting tired of the whole thing.
