Hello all!

I'm working on losing more weight and after hearing great reviews I bought the t-tapp workout.

I'm pretty excited to use it. It seems like it's less about getting that "beach body" and more about health. I really like that!

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with the workout and how you liked it?

Thanks.
Thanks for this!

I'm currently watching the T-Tapp interactive seminar. I'm pleasantly surprised! Theresa Tapp (the woman who developed the t-tapp workout) isn't just a fitness "guru." She's really put in the time and education to understand how the body works. She's also survived her own spinal injury so she knows what it takes to heal.

This is very much an approach to exercise that's about wellness. It's not so much about burning those calories and getting "beach body" ready. Again, I definitely enjoy that.

Here's a review that convinced me to try T-Tapp: https://wellnessmama.com/6393/t-tapp-review/
Thanks for this!

I'm taking it slow as the information that came with the dvd suggests ( bought the basic workout plus). It's taking me some time to learn the technique. It's not too complicated though. I was doing much better by about the third time I did the workout with keeping up.

I actually look forward to exercising because the results for me are so nice. It helps to relieve my chronic shoulder tension and bad posture. That in turn helps to relieve my chronic tension headaches. Those are the two major benefits for me so far.

Don't let the simplicity fool you! You will sweat and feel the burn although you're standing in place! It's actually a workout. I've never done anything like this (and I used to be VERY into fitness). I'm enjoying it.

This actually seems really interesting, thanks for sharing! I'm gonna give the sample exercises a try when I get home from work this morning. I have a lot of issues that could be helped by this if it works as it claims to and as the article says. I was going to attempt to lose weight this next month anyways (which is the main reason I'm even poking my head into this section).

You're welcome! Let me know how you like the sample exercises! I haven't tried it for the four days in a row and then every other day yet. I'm working up to that and seeing what benefits I get when I do. However, I'm really shocked about how it's helped my shoulder and head pain (I'm the "deep tissue massage doesn't work deep enough" type lol). Also, I'm surprised how it helps with my posture. I notice that I stand up straight immediately after the workout.

I'll try to keep posting my journey with it here. Feel free to keep us updated if you'd like.
