I am really anxious and lethargic and lightheaded. I am prediabetic and I decided to take my blood sugar and its 149. Idk what to do at this exact moment because I've never dealt with high blood sugar. I just feel badly.

I just threw up a bunch of yellow stuff. I've just been lying down today.

Blood sugar of 149 doesn't seem too high to me, especially if you've just eaten, unless you live in a part of the world where units for blood sugar are mmol/L.
This response is 7 days after yours, so what did you do?

These pointwise measurements are impossible to interpret if you have recently eaten. If you want to get a full picture, you need to monitor regularly.

As SPG said, if you have just eaten and your meal contained carbs, it is nothing to worry about. It is not that your fasting blood glucose were 149.
