What do you do when you have some of the worst nausea ever?

I took Tylenol, and anti nausea meds. I can't eat anything but I tried to and it just hurt even more.

I'm not sure the ER is the right place to go tonight when everyone is there with burned or blown up body limbs from fireworks.

I'm not sure if I just try to sleep it off once again. Theres nothing else I can do I think.

Today I've tried Zofran, Dramamine, Pepcid, Tums, Iberogast, and Tylenol PM with no luck. That was throughout the day. Not all at once.
