I took Tylenol, and anti nausea meds. I can't eat anything but I tried to and it just hurt even more.

I'm not sure the ER is the right place to go tonight when everyone is there with burned or blown up body limbs from fireworks.

I'm not sure if I just try to sleep it off once again. Theres nothing else I can do I think.

Today I've tried Zofran, Dramamine, Pepcid, Tums, Iberogast, and Tylenol PM with no luck. That was throughout the day. Not all at once.

When my wife had severe _nausea_ in the summer, she found out it was due to the Fentanyl patch. We think that the increased temperature caused her to absorb more medication.

Another time she was taking a pain med that starts with C (not codeine). I brought home a case of grapefruit -- a guy at work selling them to raise money for his church. That's when the trouble started. I suspected the grapefruit because I've heard it can interfere with the metabolism of meds. But no, the monograph didn't mention anything about this. So I looked up the enzyme that was needed to metabolise the med, and I saw it was the same as the one "consumed" by eating grapefruit.

In both cases, the nausea went away soon after discontinuing the meds and/or the grapefruit. And the prescribing doctor had no clue what was going on.

I wonder if the C-med was Carprofen? I keep thinking Compex...

Try some ginger ale.

I don't know how often you take tylenol, but it could be constipation. As above said, keep drinking lots of water. The tums and stuff actually only works temporarily. I've tried and experimented with stuff like that, and I've found the stomach acid just comes back again and worse. I don't know if you'd try it, but Apple cider vinegar (organic with the mother in it) helped me. Diluted in water and check with your doctor first.
