30 lbs sounds like a lot of weight to want to loose given your height and current weight. Have you talked to a Dr. about what a healthy weight range is for you?

tinkerbellchick, even if you have a small frame, a healthy weight is 104-115 for your height. I don't know that there is going to be a way to naturally/healthfully lose any more weight since your body wants to weigh what it does. If you have a medium frame like most people, you're at the bottom edge of that already; 113-126 pounds.

I am similar to you in that I am 5'1 and used to be 115lbs. I currently weigh 100lbs. I look pretty average as I have a small build. I run a half hour each day or at least every other day on the treadmill. Drink green tea and lots of non fat skim milk. It's important to get enough calcium as not enough of it causes you to release calcitriol which stimulates fat storage. Milk also contains leucine which helps build muscle mass.

((( HUGS ))) - as another short person (5' 2") that looks best at 110 - I have to say that loosing 30 pounds would be unhealthy for you....... May I ask why you desire to loose the weight?

I want to losse the weight becuase i'm discusted when I look in the mirror. I want to feel amazing about myself. I am quite chubby. I want to loose the extra fat around my upper leg and stomach area. I try to run everyday after school but when my parents stay home from work I don't becuase they ask to many questions. Who cares why I run I just run. I want to loose the weight for me I want to be able to look in the mirror and say wow i look hot!!
