someone please tell me a good solution to this... anything sedating makes it damn near impossible to wake back up in the morning. Seriously... took me an hour an a half the other day so I had to stop taking it. The milder ones, like halcion, i build up a tolerance to really fast... it stops helping at all within a week or two.

last night i went sleep walking again... i can't tell you what i did.. im mortified. sleep walking/talking, night terrors and worse

it's a problem for me. i have beaten the crap out of myself by tripping over stuff and not catching myself. i have locked myself out. i eat and leave the fridge open. i wake others up in various ways. i talk in my sleep.

this sucks.

please help.. i am really afraid of what i am going to do next.. i have guests in the house

sleep walking/talking, night terrors and worse sleep walking/talking, night terrors and worse

Last night.. I too was up wandering all over in my sleep... and I take ambien and trazadone.... plus.. I had taken bendrayl....for the bee sting...

Stress.. for me... makes this.. and I was very stressed..yesterday

To start.... finding the problem...
so.. the pdoc... asked me to keep a diary.. of how I feel during the day... and then a sleep diary...to see if we could pinpoint.. when I do this..

But.. are you sleep walking every every night?????

Supplements.. of calium/magnesium/vit D - it has a direct impact on your sleep...makes it deeper..

Have you been checked for sleep apena - you do not have to be overweight to have apena... that will also.. keep you up wandering..

keeping a journel.. too.. one T.. had me doing that... way before sleep... putting down everything upsetting to me.. on paper.. so that my mind wouldn't work on trying to find a solution at night..

one therapist.. had me.. play... restful... music... that helps...

and... not watching TV.. for an hour before sleep...

putting tape on the cupboards and frig.. may help the eating...for me.. it did...

just ideas... that have been.. given to me..

(((hugs)))... trying to help... freewill
