Looks like Custer's last stand was over before it started. I'm moving in about 6 weeks. I'll be turning over the keys to my apartment at the end of May... then YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAWWWWWWWW!!! Back to Texas I go. I just can't make it here in Michigan all alone. Everything is a trigger. Everything is bad here so I'm gonna take a bad life and MAKE it good. I just can't wait.

If you get anywhere near Silsbee look us up in the summer. We have people there still where my Dad just passed away in Feb. We got a slew of cowboy siblings- all big brothers because in my family the men dont come in small. (Dad was 6'6" with his boots off)

I'm terrified to tell my boss I'm quitting. Any advise on turning in a resignation? I figure that my boss has always been so wonderful to me so I'm going to give a 30 day notice instead of just 2 weeks. Is that a good idea? Anyone here in management that can offer advise?

Okay Ryan, 30 days is a very good idea, explain to him that you will be leaving because you are moveing back to Texas. Let him know you have been very happy working for him, tell him he has been a kind and thoughtful employer, but you must move forward with your life.
This should do it, I am in the managment field here at work, being the Executive Director of our center, I have held to deal with these situations
