The "my" does not refer to me, Wants2Fly: My instructions were to send this to all the people that I wanted God to bless. I decided to send it to all, because I didn't want to limit blessings. I changed the title from "Christian" to "God-Centered" because these suggestions seem to apply to anyone who is willing to deepen connection to a Higher Power of your own choosing, regardless of religious denomination. I also have broadened specific denominational references. A (xxx) indicates where I have replaced religion-specific language with more general terms. This seems like a good place, too, to apologize for using a word that was replaced by symbols on another list. I didn't realize that this word was profane. It is so inconsistent with this post, I want to account for that error: Whoops![i] ![]()

[i]Even though some people have favorable views of this material, the original subject line was offensive to others. I had tried to screen out the overly religious words, but somehow I missed the most important part -- the subject line. It was an oversight, not a veiled attempt to push anyone's buttons or limits. I apologize.[i]

Thanks for sharing, boy oh boy, I could use many of these ways, these days.
One major thing that would help me try and possibly achieve the rest of the 36, would have to be, "get to bed on time", I am a "night owl", and that is not good, makes me sluggish, and sometimes miserable during the day. My ancestors were dairy farmers, golly, if they had poor sleeping/waking habits like me, they'd end up out of business. Not even to think what the poor cows would be like. ![]() Take care, DE
