I will be away for a few weeks as I have a lot of things to do (and changes to make) in "3D" including finding a new therapist.
I will share some of the changes I am making on my return. PMs are welcome as I will check in sometimes. Take care and see you all soon, Fuzzy

may you make the changes you want to make, do the things you have to do and find a good fit with a therapist.
that's a full plate fuzzy! good luck. best wishes. hope to see you return with your list checked off and a host of good things to share. take good care of the bear since you're the only bear you've got!

Thank you all for your kind replies
((( shadow, Mandy, GEM. butterflylady, sj, ozzie, zh ))) I am back, I think.  I have been having some physical problems from an increase in meds, grrr and ouch (they are hard for me to tolerate and include bleeding from somewhere where I shouldn't be )  I have cut down on the meds again as the side effects were (and are) scary. Seems like the bear's body is sensitive like the brain, ggggrrrrrrrrr Still looking for a T.... but I am looking Trying to take care, Blessings, Fuzzy
