I think I'm losing my mind , nothing seems real. Everything seems to be in a haze. I see shadows of figures running on my walls (Even now. ) ,and I feel like I'm always being watched .I'm afraid of people yet I still want companionship (does that make any sense ?) I sometimes I find myself at places when I don't remember how I got there . Even my art has been affected ,I find drawings in my room of twisted and mutilated figures that I don't remember drawing.(I usualy draw manga .)I'm not violent so I don't know why I would draw things like that. I was raped by another guy more than twice my age when I was eight years old and I can still feel his hands touching me sometimes when I have panic attacks or flash backs. Somebody please help me , l'm not sure I can live like this much longer , l already attempted suicide once and I'm tempted to try again.

M y sanity score is 196 .

I am so so sorry for what happened to you when you was a child ...

Do you have a Therapist ? If not I strongly urge you to get in contact with one as they can really help with all your problems.

We are not allowed to diagnose here as we are not Drs and are not qualified to do so sweetheart.

However we can listen to you if you need to talk, but again I really think you need to see a Therapist as they will know what to say to you.

IF you go to your Drs they can refer you to one.
Thanks for this!

Hi WX, welcome to Psych Central!

I'm afraid it wouldn't be a good idea for even a qualified professional to try to diagnose you online without ever having met you. You might want to try reading up a little on PTSD and dissociation, though, in case either one rings any bells for you. Did the detail section of your Sanity Score results give you any useful leads?

I second Tishie's advice about consulting a therapist.

Dear, I can only third and fourth the above. Please see someone who is a professional who can see and talk to you in person as soon as possible. That is a must when it comes to diagnosis. even professionals can't do that ethically simply from a post. To really help you, they have to see you, preferrably more than once. do you feel like you are going to hurt yourself soon? If you feel very unsafe, dear, please, go to an emergency room and tell them, or call a close friend to be with you until the crisis passes, because it probably will after a few hours. but DO NOT BE ALONE, and you have to have help!!!!!!!!!! MANY HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGs
Thanks for this!

I know exactly how you feel.
Is there someone you can talk to? A friend? Family member? Doctor? Therapist? All of those I recommend. I told each one and I'm on the path of finding out what's going on. I suggest you do too. Be carful.
Many hopes and wishes. Good Luck.

remember, you're not alone, we're all here to help you.
