It's not anything anyone here has done, it's something I need to do to try to make it through this time.

Thanks so much.... I might have to use the ignore option if I ever get through any of this junk. I hate doing that usually (unless I "hate" someone, and I don't hate anyone here) apart from me) but still turning off PMs turning off PMs

I know I probably sound paranoid and whiney lately.... I am sorry for that..

I hate talking about my stuff too, especially in public. Maybe seems strange from all my posts but it's the truth turning off PMs

It feels degrading.... I "should" be able to "cope" turning off PMs

Tough lesson indeed Fuzzy. When I am feeling down, I tend to isolate because it is all I know how to do. Opening up is hard. Even more difficult is expressing my feelings. I was once told that my posts seemed like I was very "in-touch" with my feelings. I was stunned because I feel I am not evening getting close to expressing my true feelings.

Anyway, I know how you are feeling. Isolation is the only way, for me, anyway. I am so sorry your feeling so down. I wish there was something I could do. Just know that we are all here for you. OK?

Love and Huggles,

Jen

Turning off pms can be helpful. I hope you won't feel bad about doing that. Golly, I packed my bag and left in a fit for a few weeks! We all have to do whatever it takes to help ourselves. ((((((((((((((Fuzzy)))))))))))))))

Hi fuzzy,
I'm sorry you're struggling so much right now. It's not something any of us ever "sign up for." No one deserves it. Take care of yourself, and try to go easy on yourself, too.

And if you have any opportunity to do light therapy, maybe that can help? My heritage is from parts of the world where this is much less light (such as England and Scandinavia) than in more southern areas. This makes me more susceptible to depression and sleep problems from fall to spring. Light therapy has helped me.

(((fuzzy)))

Here in Upper N.E. Ohio, we have days upon days of darkness. Thick clouds...abundant!! Very depressing. I really depend a great deal on music and support groups to make it thru.

Cannot work anymore. Bulging and herniated discs and pinched nerves. The old grey mare she ain't what she used to be. turning off PMs turning off PMs turning off PMs turning off PMs
