Hi folks,

In preparation for updating a book chapter about recommended self-help websites, I'd like to hear your thoughts and personal recommendations for websites you've found particularly helpful (besides Psych Central). Just post them here for consideration.

They can be for patients, family members, or professionals, but should be focused on mental health or psychology.

Please post their names and their web address (URL) below.

Thanks!
DocJohn

MoodGarden is a wonderful forum for people with bipolar disorder and depression.

Crazymeds is a good no nonsense site for medication information.
Thanks for this!

There are two that I find especially helpful:

About.com's Bipolar Disorder website: bipolar.about.com (no www before it)

and the Depersonalization Community at www.dpselfhelp.com

My favorite just happens to be right here at PsychCentral.

I just left another one that was completely awful, with bullying and berating going on.

I found this site and am very happy with it.

Sorry, I couldn't give you any links Sir, because I like it here best.
