How many of you have difficulty with assertiveness? That has always been one of my problems, and one that just about every therapist I have been to has wanted to work on. As far as my own behavior, I can't seem to tell the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness. I think I've started to get better at it lately though.

I remember being told ..once that bye a Dr that i was the most passive person he had ever meet.... .It was like a slap....maybe he ment it to be to wake me up? not sure .. thanks for posting that link...!!
