I'm sorry to share some heartbreaking news about one of our members...
According to a trusted source, member babygirl2201028 (Erica) passed away Saturday afternoon. She apparently took an overdose of medications and her husband didn't find her in time. This is our mourning thread for babygirl2201028. Please post your memories, thoughts, prayers and condolences for her here. (Please, no disrespectful posts or off-topic posts about the method here.) I didn't know babygirl2201028 well, but I do know she was in a lot of emotional pain. She spent a lot of time in chat and had a lot of friends here. I just have to add, when somebody takes their own life, sometimes people who are left feel guilty -- survivor's guilt it's called -- for "not doing more" to try and stop them. If you feel that way, please know -- this is not your fault. If someone is committed to dying, there's little a person can do in the end. We will miss her and hope she finally found the peace she was seeking. DocJohn

I am sad
Why? Someone in depression closed her eyes forever. Is this true peace we are looking for? May be it is. Then why we struggle? We don't have guts to do what she did. Yes or No? She found the peace. She did. Thank you my lord, please look after her!

I didn't know babygirl but I'm sad she passed away. Thank you for letting us know Doc John, rather than members wondering where she is. May she rest in peace and sympathy to her family.

I didnt know Babygirl but wish i had, Im so so sorry for all the pain she was in, I wish i could have known her on here and been a friend to her, Im sending my prayers and hugs to her family and loved ones and thinking of her, hoping you are at peace babygirl<3<3, love feelinghopeful,

thank you docjohn for posting this.....i still can not accept shes gone......she was my adopted sister on here.....i hope she has found the peace she needed and i prayed that her soul will be in heaven and that her family will be ok.....gonna miss her a lot and i mean a lot (cried about 12 hours or more now with the loss) she was soooo loved by loads here ((((((((babygirl))))))))
we will never ever forget you sis....you will be in our memories and hearts forever, as will the people you left behind, so very hard

i didn't know
babygirl but feel sadness that she was in such despair that she saw no other solution. she must have been in overwhelming emotional pain. may she find peace in the hereafter. peace she couldn't find on this earth. may her family find solace from friends and their faith.thank you, doc john, for letting us know.

I only had an indepth conversation with her once. She seemed a deeply compassionate soul, though very troubled. I wish now that I'd taken more time to talk to her. May God bless her family and friends at this hard time, and give them peace.

I am so sorry that she must have been feeling so much pain, that this was the only way she knew to find peace. How totally sad for her, her family and friends - I pray that she has found the peace she needed.

My heart is heavy.......I won't be able to break this sadness that I feel. Her pain in life has been left behind........I wish I could follow the path she has taken. She's young with so much life ahead of her.........I would have traded places in a heartbeat.

I'm so sorry for BG's family, my heart especially goes out to her husband. When I talked with BG, she always said how much she felt cared for and helped by PC and her chats with people. Such a sad event, it isn't fair that we lose so many young ones. The rest of you stay well, please...
