Some people try to conquer their anxiety and panic all on their own, but you don't need to do that. There's plenty of great medications that will help you take control of these ugly feelings! Please try and get the anxiety under control and everything else will follow. Remember, FEELINGS ARE NOT FACTS. I'm here for you, too, Sweety! Everything is going to be okay. The day is almost over and I wanted to take a moment to THANK everyone that helped ME out today when I was feeling down and with out any reason for being.... the Sun is starting to shine again (warm smile).
