Don't know, really. Guess it depends on the person. Had I remembered that you were having surgery, I wouldn't have PMed you that question and I sure wouldn't be asking you to do anything for me right now.

Some people think they're doing you a favor by keeping your mind busy. Other people think that it won't hurt to ask.

I think it's up to us to set our own personal boundaries. Do I feel up to doing it? Am I well enough to be doing this? Etc... and then answer apropriately, never forgetting what's in our best interest. We need to recognize our own limitations and accept them. At least, that's what works for me. Slowly becoming aware...
