Hi jellyfish.
Sorry you're suffering such confusion, and I hope you can find some point of stillness or 'okness' within yourself.
I don't know how to possibly offer anything else that might be helpful cos I don't know what you're going through.
It's pretty impossible for anyone to tell you what's going on with you until you talk to someone about...what's going on for you. So I also hope that you will be able to accept/find someone to listen to you - might be worth accepting someone who is available for the simple reality that talking to someone who's willing to listen is a great help in itself.

It sounds like you really need to talk to somebody first. I would suggest contacting a therapist to start. A doctor will diagnose you and will typically not work with you to work things out. A therapist will. You could start with this article which tells you how to choose a therapist. There are many different kinds. They can also help you determine you you need to get a diagnosis from a doctor. If you attend a church a pastor is another resource.

If you don't feel you can wait until Monday you could use one of the services to talk to somebody. I can't speak to what is good but somebody else might know. There might be a sticky in the psychology forum for resources.
