Got a question. Why are some members' names black while some are dark blue? I don't know if that's how the colors show up on your skin but there are two different font colors-this just happened recently. Is the different color for the newcomers?
I'm not talking about the administrators or moderators colors.

Ya know, this this on topic, but I've noticed that too....at first I thought it had to do with numbers of posts, but I don't know.

since I'm trying to answer.....I'm not off topic....oops.

It looks to me like it does have to do with whether the person is newer of older (actually the # of posts) on PC. It looks like the lower # of posts or the more new members have their names in black. Then after a certain higher # (which I have no idea what that is) the name changes to blue.

It looks like Moderators are green, Admin is red?

just guessing, but that looks like the patern I see,
Debbie

Yeah thats what it looked like to me at first too, but then I saw high numbers of posts with black names. I think PC might have gremlins! Tee hee!!!

And now I have to say that since the original poster said this thread had no topic, we better go back to being off topic. HaHA! Or maybe the topic is an any topic? So maybe answering the previous post is allowed since there's no topic? Oh I'm just confused.

Maybe I'm being too logical, but to me it means that we can carry on any conversation we want, respond to whatever post moves us to respond but if someone jumps in with a different subject, it doesn't matter.

OR... am I being too strict with myself? Have I been brainwashed... or is it YOU... because we feel we need to pop in a new subject every time?

OR... is it not really brainwashed but "trained" like Pavlov's dog?

At any rate... I feel bad not answering Debbie about how much she enjoys her horses.

OR... is it that I feel obliged to answer because I know her...

OR... is it that I feel obliged because I've met her in person???

Debbie! How many of your dogs do you have left? Is the little guy you had at my home still with you?

AND... have you checked out my pictures from our family reunion that I have posted in the gallery? You should see how big Lucas and Max have gotten! Off Topic

We gotta thank Fnordian Slip for this thread.....think it's kinda awsome to just be able to go into a thread & post anything.....answer....new idea....what ever comes to mind at the time.

Way cool Fnordian.

Tomi,
Thank you for caring about how much my horses mean to me. Yes, the little guy I had with me at your place is still with me...only thing, that Tiny Tim.....turned out to be Tiny Tammy....oops (how in the world could a breeded make that kind of mistake):hangs head in shame!!!!

I have checked out your family reunion photos....looks like it was an awsome time had by everyone. Those photos of Max & Lucas are great. My have they grown. I will never forget Max....he is really an awsome kid. I loved talking to him & especially listening to everything he has to say. Quite an imagination & is a very intelligent boy. I really enjoyed meeting Max & Lucas both....they really are wonderful children....you are a luck grandma....but I don't have to tell you that????

I do think it is very nice when we get to actually meet people IRL from PC....it really does bring this place more into reality when that happens.....

You do know Tomi, we never have had the picnic on the beach yet. I haven't moved away completely yet.....maybe we can get that in before I do get moved.

(gotta love this thread....it's like chatting)
Debbie

PlanningtoExist, I had the do nothing day yesterday, just hung out on PC and crocheted. Did laundry and stuff, but didn't have to leave my house and it was WONDERFUL!!!

Oh, I'm well aware of that! Just let me know when you're ready to take a break from packing and we'll coordinate something. Jerry has installed a trailer hitch on his Miata and he put together a trailer just big enough for my chair. I'm really mobile now! Off Topic Off Topic

No! Mexican rice isn't supposed to be wet/soupy! It's supposed to be dry and fluffy... and please don't add water to it after it's started cooking! It just makes a sticky mess! Off Topic
