Can somebody help me have one? attitude of gratitude

This has been the WORST week at work. I need to be reminded I'm lucky to have a job, even when the people I work with and for overwhelm me.

I've been getting rejection after rejection for jobs in the city I want to move back to, and I need to be reminded that I'm lucky that at least I have one to leave, and one that allows me to pay for a roof over my head and occasionally some groceries.

What about you? Tell me what you're grateful for. Maybe it will help all of us. attitude of gratitude attitude of gratitude attitude of gratitude

Candy, I am grateful that for the first time in over a month we could afford food. I too am blessed that you are my friend. I wish we lived closer. Seems we are all so far apart.

I am grateful for many things...first and foremost....because I am clean and sober!!! Without that, I would have nothing else.

I am grateful to be alive. I am grateful for the life I have. I am grateful for the good & the bad because even with the bad, comes good things that I wouldn't have without the bad. Plus, sometimes, the bad gives me insight that I wouldn't have otherwise.

I am grateful for my new farm in Kentucky (yes, it's sad that it came from my inheritance...example of good coming from a bad/sad).

I am grateful for all of my eskie dogs who have showed me what unconditional love really is. I am grateful for my life everything that I have & even that which I don't have because not having is showing me that I can appriciate what I have without focusing on what I don't have.

My attitude of gratitude has developed over the last 6 months when I have been able to see my life more clearly. I am grateful that I am now able to have a more clear view of life.

Attitude of gratitude is important to become a way of life,
Debbie

I am grateful for my husband. He gives me a kiss and hug every morning before he goes to work and every evening when he comes home. We have been married 30 years. And sometimes my depression and anxieties have put him through hell. I am grateful that I survived 4 years ago.

I am grateful that my rheumatoid arthritis is pretty much under control. I am grateful that my family is being understanding about some bad financial decisions I have made recently. I am grateful that I live in sunny Southern California. I am grateful for the friends I have made on these forums.

bflatgary,

I hope this attitude of gratitude is ok with you for me to express here because I am very grateful that we recoginized each other after all these years since college (& right after college when we both got married) when we were very, very good friends. I know for me, this is something I am very grateful for.

Something to be very grateful for,
Debbie

Deb,

I am equally grateful. You have always been a special person.

How the heck do you move twelve dogs 2,000 miles???

Lets see...moving 12 dogs. The crates go into the back of my truck. I can have at least 5 in the cab of my truck (it seats 6 people.....so 5 dogs should be ok).

If I find that doesn't work, I can always use the new horse trailer I purchased & put several of the crated in that (without the horses....lol).

Haven't worked out the exact details yet.....will see how it works after I drive my truck back to California this time.

A lot of barking & driving....driving....driving,
Debbie
