I read a case just recently about a girl who when she was seven years old told her mother that her friend at school had died (her friend had not died) Later when she grew up she told her boyfriend that she had been raped (she admitted this was false)

I wish I could track this case down as there was more information on the story.

Anyways what do you think she was suffering if anything at all?

WOW!! Wish I could help you but I can't. I'm guessing this isn't "normal" but what is it?

My step sister is a habitual liar. She lies even when there is no need to. She has always been that way...I don't know what caused it. Her siblings are honest. But, I think there is some type of psych disorder, I just don't know what.

I have adopted kids with attachment disorders. two of them will lie about nothing at all. they would have cookie crumbs all around their mouth and theb cookies still in their mouth and say they had not taken the cookies at all! never ever had a cookie! I have no idea why they did and still do this.
