i am watching the movie What About Bob? ...and im starting to panic...i hate hate hate this movie...its making my views on therapists freaked out...what if mine is like that
i cant breathe...omg ....this is horrible.....and yet...i cant stop watching....its like watching a train wreck...and your on the tracks...and cant get off......

so did you go to bed and sleep? dont give me that broken sleep story, you knew what the film was about yet you still watched it and if you respond to this post that means you woke up so the immediate crisis is over, next time chose something that is not going to trigger you if you can
