I tried to reply earlier, but the internet ate my response...try try again.
It's important to realize that no one is ever perfect......the issue is more of being out of BALANCE with the world around you. Perfection will never happen, but we have to look at the people & things around us & because they can't be changed, we have to look at ourselves to see what isn't working. Little changes here & there are a constant part of life (I know...at 54 years, there have been lots of them). We have to look honestly at the world around us & not blame it....but not blame ourselves either because then we get stuck....but analize & then try to figure out what change it will take to bring our relation back to balance or if we want to even continue with the ralation (person or thing or whatever). It's constant work to balance ourselves with the world around us....that is part of growing & existing in this world, Debbie

Many times, we need to check out our own behavior, our own coping and defense mechanisms and make sure that it isn't us that are creating those problems.

Causing problems is because we are not in tune with the world around us.....so you need to STOP!!!! Look at the problems. Decide what is was that caused them. Make changes where you can to fix the problems. Or decide to walk away from the situation that was a problem but learn from it & not do in again in another similar situation.
Like we said, only you can make the necessary changes to stop causing problems because we have no control of the world around us. We can determine is the problem wasn't important to us & do nothing about it or we can determine that the problem was meaningful to us & take the action necessary to stop the problem in the future. Sure it take work on our part....the world doesn't revolve around us.....we exist in the world around us as a package deal & as such, we have to be in balance with it....otherwise problems will continue to pleague us. You can stop causing the problems.....but it is something that takes action...not just words. Debbie
