Thank you!

They both came home today and daughter hadn't been able to sleep at all in the hospital.

I went over to take them some dinner on their first day home and I was shocked at my daughter's appearance. She looked as if the wind could blow her over, drawn, pale, shaking. I took care of a few things here then went back over for about 7 hours to help with the baby so she could sleep. When I left to get some sleep myself she seemed a bit better. I'll probably do the same thing tomorrow night.

Her milk just "came down" so I'm hoping that he'll be more satisfied from here on out and she'll be able to rest in between feedings.

They had some trouble with his eating and in just a day and a half after birth he'd lost 8 ozs which is quite a bit. I'm hoping things will turn around for him now. He did seem much more settled for me so we'll see. Daughter in beginning stages of labor! Of course, it could be mammaw's special touch too. Daughter in beginning stages of labor!

HE'S BEAUTIFUL!!!!
