I would go to your local library and get general books about opening such a business in your area/state as there are lots of laws and stuff that have to be met first before one can start really planning. You'll need certain licenses and maybe even education. They might have plans already written out too.

Skittles, there are also business grants that women can apply for. I've done it, but it's really been a hassle.

DON'T pay exorbitant fees for the paperwork, though! One place that I talked to wants $295 for showing you how to fill out their forms! business plan

Another place I sent away for a CD but my 'puter won't open it. business plan I think customer service is in China, too. No lie! Hard to understand what they're saying and worse, almost impossible to make yourself understood! business plan

In the long run, you do pay for these "free" grants.

If I ever get onto their site or get the CD to work, I'll give you as much info as I can.

Good luck with your endeavor.

The small business administration and some womans orgainizations will help you find and fill out forms. They will also help point you in the right direction if they can't help you. Good luck Skittles.
