Hey folks,
Sorry we had a little unexpected early vacation this evening because of a configuration error by our upstream ISP. We're working on resolving the current issue and ensuring it doesn't happen in the future. My apologies for the downtime and I hope you enjoy your holiday tomorrow! Best, John

i gave up went to bed, how long was it out for ? 5.50pm us time was when it went down

And when I said "tomorrow," I meant Friday... See, when you're unexpectedly working late at night to get things fixed, you can lose track of time!
Computers - ya gotta love em. We tracked down the problem to human error, this time, though. First time we've had this problem with this provider in 5 years, so that's good. John
