I was checking out the Garden subforum and cried.... actully my little (Jennifer) cried..... she wants to play but never had permission too.....

This saddens me terribly.... Never gave it much thought that I would have to give her permission.... Now I am angry with myself and not sure how to reassure her that it is ok.... or honestly, if I want too... but why? Why hold this back?

I mean I have had to assure her saftey but something as simple as playing..... I dont understand why this is a dilemna for me.... scared? probably.... opening up vulnerbility....probably....

maybe the next visit....

(((((((((((SerenitysWave))))))))))) I so understand not knowing fun. I think it's very difficult to think in that avenue when there is so much hurting or when it's not a learned behavior. The nice thing about learned behaviors is that they can be relearned. Start slow; put a toe in the water and check the temperature. You will get to the point where you can join in more. unexpected reaction....

(((((((((( SerentysWave ))))))))))) unexpected reaction.... Part of healing is to allow the littles to have what they could never have. Yes, it's painful. The Garden is a safe place........when you are ready.
