Noah and ally are doing very well Urgent Prayers needed

There is no brain trauma aside from a slight concussion that they can find. And of course, one heck of a headache.

Im so releived.

As it turns out the smaller hospital they started out at made it seem alot worse than it was, and sent him to the childrens hospital to ensure he got the right care. He has only a hairline fracture in his skull and is doing much much better.

Thanks for EVERYONES prayers.

I’m glad that he’s doing ok! Children can get hurt in the most peculiar ways!

About 20 years ago we ran into our neighbors at Costco, their youngest was sitting on the seat in the cart, while the oldest was standing in the basket. He was jumping around talking to our son and suddenly the cart jerked and he fell head first on the cement floor. He had a severe concussion and three years later the lump never fully disappeared. Now when I’m shopping and see kids standing up in the basket it makes me nervous, especially when they’re jumping around and the parents aren’t really paying attention.

(That's why it's illegal here to have children stand in the basket.) Urgent Prayers needed

i once saw a little boy ridning on the bottom shelf of a shopping cart. he got his hand caught under the wheel. it was horrible. i never let my kids ride anywhere but the proper seat. if they were old enough to walk they stood next to the cart and held on.

lost

Yeah thelostone that also happened to a friend of ours, had to get his nail ... well a hole burned in it by a Dr. to prevent him from losing the nail. People think I'm a worry wart. I never wanted to be offensive, but I didn't trust many people to take my children anywhere.

During a family reunion one of the older cousins was bringing everyone swimming. My twins thought that they could breathe under water, you had to be right on top of them while they were swimming. My uncle was very offended that I wouldn't let my kids go unless hubby or I went with them.

My parents were good, they got right in the water with them, I remember one summer when I found out at work that my mother-in-law brought them swimming. I was worried all day!

It only takes a second for something tragic to happen. I did everything in my power to prevent these things from happening.

My brother wanted to buy the twins a minibike when they were about 9. No way! He pointed out that he was allowed to do those things when he was a child. I replied "why do you think I'm so paranoid?!? Even if mom and dad didn't know what you were doing I DID!" That boy (now a man) definately has a guardian angel.
