To know how to cope with my mental problems so that I can lead a productive life, have a healthy relationship with family, friends, a significant other... you get the idea.

I would have a higher education with an advanced degree in a great job that I love, so I could be more financially stable.

I'd like to have the same brain that I have now, but with different chemistry (I have a very minor seizure disorder, anxiety and depression as a result of chemical imbalances, etc.).

I thought this was a fun thread that would get more replies than it has. If you could have one thing

Anyway, I'll give my answer now. If I could have one thing, I would like a SO, who would love me unconditionally and NEVER reject and abandon me. Ain't never gonna see this one happen. If you could have one thing
