I've been taking it religiously now for a couple of months and it's helped to vastly improve my mood. Whenever I forget to take it for a few days I usually start to have increased anxiety/depression symptoms- or in some cases (like right now) my Intermittent Explosive Disorder starts to get aggravated. Luckily I can keep things under wraps- I've never lost it at a person- I remove myself from the situation and do some breathing exercises until I'm calm and thinking more clearly.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for posting this. I
have noticed a definite improvement since I started taking Vit-B Complex and Vit-D.
It amazes me how many people are not aware of this.

When you say Explosive disorder do you mean exploding head syndrome?

Thanks for pointing this out, I will certainly be trying some b12 and see how it goes!

B vits are great for upping your mood or stabilizing yourself.
Try it, they do work! Also protein in meals helps. I am speaking from experience. I prefer carbs to protein any day, but when I analyse what I eat , when I eat more protein it helps...somehow.
Thanks for this!

A friend started taking B-12 and swore his energy level shot way up, so I tried it with no noticeable results. I researched it and found that it mainly works in people who are deficient in B-12 due to diet, etc, which wasn't my case. I've tried plenty of meds and supplements to improve my mood, but what really makes a difference for me is:
Exercise
Good diet
Proper rest
A positive attitude/social support
Thanks for this!

Hmm, well, perhaps it's not true B12- I read about the fraudulent claims- how most of the generic brands of nutritional supplements at places like Walmart and Walgreens were tested and 4/5 didnt actually contain the ingredients they claimed to. I was already researching brands that have all natural ingredient because of common dangerous fillers, I haven't take any supposed b12 in nearly a week. I've become a bit antisocial I think.
Anyway, here's a link for you all to the article about the fraudulent supplements: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/study-...195054999.html ; another link to an article about common dangerous supplement fillers: 4 Dangerous (and Common) Vitamin Fillers You Must Avoid - DrAxe.com ; and another to info on all natural brands: https://www.shopnaturalproducts.com/...tegory&path=24

There is one multivitamin here that actually boosts energy. There is nothing different in it, on the label. But you can feel a difference. I always said they put something in it to make people buy it but I got laughed at. Sometimes I wonder if we have a clue what we are taking.

I have taken real B12 controlled by healthcare. I noticed a difference because I had anemia before. I'm not sure a non controlled substance would have given the same effect.
Thanks for this!

What brand are you using? There was an article recently about how the supplement industry is really screwy, many brands not containing any actual active ingredient! Supplements can add up out of pocket so don't want to flush money down the drain on garbage. But I believe, want to believe, that supplements can make drugs unnecessary.
