I have a friend who has experienced with masturbation, she told me it was between her 13 and 16 years old, she does not do it anymore but she feels bad because she thinks is bad and makes her feel awkward and also she has seen porn various times, sometimes because she wants to distract when she feels nervous or something but then she tells me she feels bad obviously because she gets excited when she sees it, so I want you to tell me what to do, I want to help her because she's really depressed.

This is a tough one for me to comment about. I think I'm feeling a little awkward about it because I believe you are young, and this is such mature subject matter. If I'm wrong about your age, I apologize for misreading.

I think my first instinct would be to tell your friend to do whatever SHE is comfortable with....not be too concerned about what others might think. If she wants to stop these behaviors and can't, a therapist would be a good way to help her. Does she have a way to see a therapist?

Take care of her, you're being a good friend.

Missi question question
