I see things so much more clearly now.

How stupid and naive I was. I disgust myself sometimes.

I see extreme black and white thinking in myself AND others.

It disgusts me.

I feel like hiding from everyone for a long long long time in a dark, damp, wet cave. Where I might die. I hate life sometimes.

I am not an ogre. But I have been so frreakin stupid.

I don't think ....... ah forget it. I repulse myself.

Learning more about my triggers every day and how not to resort to certain destructive behaviours.

But I'm not perfect.

You are NOT stupid. Not in ANY way. I do understand the black and white thinking though ... far too much. Actually my T kept saying that to me the other day .... It good that you can express yourself in your post though ... I wish i had more encouraging things to say ... but just know you my friend are so strong and can get through this.

Hello Fuzzy I would like to ahre something with you that I saw on a wall of an herbal shoppe Live to Learn Learn to Live. As you Learn about your triggers and your life you will grow and be able to do things in a more appropriate manner. Life happens one day at a time, and you need to try to do things in a more positive manner and try to deal with life more appropriately. Perhaps trying to get your therapist to help you with exercises that may help you would help you a great deal, none of us are perfect but you owe it to yourself to have the life you would like to have.
