Imfinding the bpd so hard at the moment. My impulsive actions are out of control. I feel totally abandoned and rejected alot.
I feel totally screwed up.
I feel suicidal alot too. When i try and be strong or positive it all screws up and im so depressed and suicidal again. Its crap. Im sick of living with being unwell.
I feel so low tonight. And i feel so alone.

My God. You describe exactly how I have been the last couple months. Every time I make a step forward, I take 10 back. I've been DX'd with BP, OCD, and Panic disorder, and not officially BPD, but judging by recent events (and past ones) it has to be there. I'm so impulsive, and so destructive. I'm on the brink of ruining everything. My therapist wants me to attend DBT, but I"m agraid it won't be enough, or start soon enough.

Hi Gem01,

I have BPD too and my impulsiveness hurt me a lot, too. I got lucky that I found a med that helped me tremendously with that particular issue. Are you on any meds? Are you in therapy? If you're not, it sounds as though you're in a pretty dark place where you may need it.

You aren't alone.
