I am having a hard time with my last year’s trauma, which has developed in PTSD and as if this is not enough …

Since I am working in a public place I do sometime come face to face with people I know. The last few weeks I have seen too many of them. Too many to turn the blade in my open womb. Too many to say their opinion on a trauma they don’t know nothing about. Too many that sees only one side of a story. Too many that don’t know the real me.

I guess that I’m wearing my mask real well.

Time0, Sky is right. When they speak to you about the trauma, smile and tell them they only know half of the story. It's up to you whether you tell them your side or not.

I understand how painful it can be when people think they know the whole story. Your pain wants to scream out and it turns to rage inside of you. Don't let that happen to you, Sweet Time0. A better idea for you is to put your hand up if they start to say something. You have a right to say "I don't want to hear about it." You can also do this with a smile on your face. mask

Time0, you are LOVED here. We care about you. mask

We all wear our masks.

Yes, my pain wants to scream out but I have no rage. Just sadness.

Many people judge without knowing. Many people come to conclusion without understanding. Many people forget they don't see what's going on behind close doors.

Many of these people I know I have known for a long time. Many of these people I have helped and supported. Some of them I was about 10 minutes drive from their own home when this trauma happened and that night someone almost took my life away. But today they blame me, I was the bad one. What they don't know is that they have come close to assist my funeral.

Thank you for understanding. Thank you for being here for me when people in my real life are not.

(((((((((((((Time0)))))))))))))))) Please take care of you. It is unfortunate that people aren't supportive instead of judgemental. I guess some don't know the difference? Please be safe and know you are cared for here. mask mask mask mask

Dear Time0, It does turn the knife, and actually re-open the wounds, when people think they have something important and profound to say about your situation. Perhaps you can interrupt them with a "please, this is not the time or place to discuss this." Hopefully that will end it right there. I have had people say some very intrusive and just wrong things to me also, and it does hurt . I am glad you took off your "mask" for this posting.
