Clyde .. ty but the damage is done with what I had to do. There's no taking anything back. I have to live with it. Just like everything else.
Sis I am ok.. I know it sounds like I am at my wits end.. I feel bad about doing something that I shouldnt have been guilted into doing. But I am completely safe. Just had to vent is all. TY both for being concerned.

Maybe you can have a consult with your therapist, and talk to them about seeing you more often if you are working through the abuse, in therapy at this time. It takes a lot of support to move through things from the past, such as what you are going through, and you can possibly and hopefully get more appointments with your therapist if you tell your therapist that you are struggling this severely at this time.
