Of the trauma-recovery self-help workbooks I have seen, I think the best is "Growing Beyond Survival" by Elizabeth Vermilyea, M.A., published in 2000 by Sidran Foundation and Press of Baltimore, MD, USA. It is especially helpful, I have found, for those reacting to long-term childhood abuse/trauma.
