I scored 144 and it identified 9 major areas. Some of these, I've been diagnosed with and some are new to me. My question is should I bring these things up with my therapist? or just let them go?

Hi ![]() not sure what others responding after me will think but i don't see it can do any harm mentioning them to your T. ![]() |

It could make an interesting conversation with your T? Like Kalamity Jane says, shouldn't hurt anything. The test is just a little snapshot of your concerns of that moment and that they are similar to what your T has found, confirms them, wouldn't make your T feel bad to know! For you, it says your T is on the right track and lets you know how you're doing.
Some of us take the test again over time, see if we're getting "better". Since it's a self reporting test the results shouldn't be all that surprising to you but there could be an area or two that you weren't consciously aware of or that were worse than you thought they would be or something.
