Is there anyway to have your Dr. order Adderall, but at a slightly higher or lower amount of either l-isomer or d-isomer?

Adderall helps soo much!, however I overfocus on it like speed(but not as much) and wish it helped me with time management the way cocaine hydrochloride tends to. (From an obvective medical/scientific vewipoint).

Also helps to keep taking it. Doc says I can't have any breaks in disage. After afew days I feel better.

Also, Adderall seems to be better on an empty stomach I found. Fats and acid kill it basically. Sometimes calcium Carbonate helps dispurse it= Tums type antiacids. Baking soda works too but too much salt.

Actually the Adderall is just fine!!
