My T said we're going to start on diary cards in one of the next sessions. No clue what this is.

JWD, it's a tool used in DBT. You can read more about them here http://www.dbtselfhelp.com/html/diary_cards1.html. Basically it's a way for you to track your moods and behaviors on a daily basis. It gives the T something concrete to look at.

I've been doing diary cards for close to 2 years now, pretty much every day. Well, except for last week when I gave myself a vacation, lol.
