Thanks for sharing your assignment. T and I had a discussion about joy a few sessions ago and she suggested I write things down in a journal. I like this idea much better. A joy reference list of sorts

Thanks for this - it's too easy to forget what brings us joy. We tend to concentrate on our troubles so often.
